This parka provides the waterproof part of the All Weather System, which has several great combinations for light, cold, wind, and wet weather conditions. The parka functions as a rain and wind blocker. It features a Sympatex waterproof, windproof breathable liner, zips to the neck with a double storm flap, and has Mirco fleece lined hand warmer pockets and a built in self-storing hood.
